Loops slide smoothly across agar surfaces without tearing or gouging. The nichrome wire cools rapidly, saving time. Loops are available calibrated or noncalibrated. Calibrated in accordance with ASM/APHA via Evan's Blue Test and include calibration certificates. LeLoops come without holders, which are available separately.
